The photos and/or digital files contained within this delivery are produced and solely owned by Kevin Tuning of Forever Still Photography and protected by Copyright Law. The grantor Kevin Tuning allows the recipient the use of the digital files contained provided that the recipient agrees to the following terms and conditions. If not in agreement all files received and downloaded shall be permanently erased and a refund shall be requested if a monetary sum was exchanged.
1. I the recipient hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Kevin Tuning and his assistants from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or may have by reason of this authorization.
2. I the recipient may print, crop, and display the photos in any form for personal use.
3. I the recipient may print, crop, and display the photos in any form in a public forum provided that an acknowledgment of Forever Still Photography is visibly displayed.
3. I the recipient may display the photos in any digital format on social media platforms provided that an acknowledgment of Forever Still Photography is visibly displayed.
4. I the recipient shall not receive any monetary compensation by selling the photos without written permission of Forever Still Photography.
5. I the recipient may digitally transfer or provide the photos by other means to another party including the media and local news outlets provided that there is an acknowledgment of Forever Still Photography.
