SIGNUPS WILL TAKE PLACE IN PERSON DURING WARMUPS EACH DAY.
I will be at the front entrance for signups as soon as I have the printed heat sheets, so swimmer names can be marked. Please keep in mind that space is usually limited to one spot per heat for most events.
IMPORTANT: Both ends of the pool are being used (double-ended), shorter events like the 25 and 50 may not be available. Since I can only be in one place at a time, there is a chance I may not be able to capture the event you sign up for if I am at the opposite end of the pool. However, I will do my best to cover your event.
By signing up you are agreeing and committing to purchasing photos.
The cost is $10 per digital photo, with a minimum purchase of four photos ($40) per swimmer per heat, or you can opt for all photos at a discounted package price. Due to the large number of swimmers and the time required for photo post-processing, the actual number of deliverable photos will depend on factors such as clarity and whether the swimmer is visible above the water. Please note that fewer photos may be available for faster events, such as the 50 freestyle.
For those who sign up, I will provide a private link to an online album containing all available photos for you to review and select. The album will include options for ordering digital downloads and completing payment. Please allow at least one week for the post-processing of the photos before they are made available.
